Media Server 3153 not working with subtitles nor without wrapper

Last know version working for Media Server is 3304.
Noticed after update to DSM 7.3.2-86009 and updating with Video_Station_for_DSM_722-1.4.19 that for Media Server subtitles were no longer working, and I was forced into using the wrappers either from https://github.com/AlexPresso/VideoStation-FFMPEG-Patcher or from https://github.com/darknebular/Wrapper_VideoStation.
The one from AlexPresso did not work, both audio and subs were not loaded, only the darknebular one worked, and only for audio, and not for dual audio, just one line, no sub again.
Reinstalled Media Server latest version, tried all workarounds on https://community.synology.com/enu/forum/17/post/44984?reply=173945, reinstalled ffmpeg, various versions, reinstalled advanced coded (no need for crack), still not working.
A post on darknebular about subs gave me an idea, those were being pushed, so reverted to last know Media Server, 3304, from your Video_Station_for_DSM_722-1.3.15 and guess what, it worked, now both subs and audio work without a wrapper even,
I understand there is a security issue with 3304, however, as long as proper network protection is done, it should be fine.
Now using Media Server 3304 with Video Station 3153 on DSM 7.3.2-86009, without a wrapper.

Did the video files have embedded subtitles or stand alone (sidecar) subtitles? And which format: pgs, sub, srt, ass, ssa or vtt?

I use in 99% of the cases remuxed srt included in a single mkv container with a video of 1080p 264 and an aac or mpeg audio dual channel, but for this test I used also mp4 again with srt muxed in, with the same behavior.
