Changes for 2009
Please note that, from 2009, Chinese Journal of Astronomy and Astrophysics will be transformed into a newly-named journal, Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics (RAA), see the announcement from the Editors below.

So RAA is just CJAA and it is very necessary to add a \raa command as \cjaa has one command

Also, it will be good because the rising of Chinese astronomy, especially some important articles like https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2023RAA....23g5024X/abstract are published on RAA

I see no reason not to support this, so I'm adding it to the v7.0.2 spec. Thanks for the additional background on this Journal. We might want to also loop in ADS about their copy of these macros in their documentation. It's not clear if there are other v7 updates that they need to know about and support.
