Darkmode is broken

What happened?

OS: Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon 6.4.8 with Theme-config: Mint-Y, Dark-Mode

In Waterfox:
Whether it's ‘Dark’ or ‘Automatic’, this is what pages look like for me. Contrast is automatic

With Firefox, on the other hand, there are no problems:

Glad I'm not losing my mind then. Status bar also seems to have this issue with the Alpenglow theme.

Same here - workaround/solution: under Look & Feel select "Disable Waterfox theme customization"
