[Feature request] Allow specifying UTXOs and taking fee from the total amount #311
Description
In swap in opening tx to have a single output without change. This will make BTC swaps more economical.
It would be great to also allow specifying fee rate and making dry run - return unpublished raw tx and PSBT to verify the fee before sending.
