How to add an ON/OFF control to enable/disable all the Thermostats?

Hi,
I have 9 TRVs in 8 rooms (one room has 2), all of them controlled with BT.
Sometimes I need to shut all TRVs off at the same time (and later re-enable them all), but I can't find how to do it.
It's probably something very easy, but I can't find a way
Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks!!

Just set the HVAC mode to BT.
