Last Activity Range Timestamp

Implement a last_activity timestamp on the Range model to track the last time a user interacted with a deployed environment. This timestamp is the foundational component for a future feature that will automatically clean up inactive Ranges to manage costs.

This feature must ensure that any calls to the API that interact with a range (likely most endpoints under /ranges) properly update the last_activity timestamp.
