Automatic No Activity Range Delete #131
Description
Implement a scheduled process to automatically delete OpenLabs Ranges that have been inactive for a defined period. This feature leverages the last_activity timestamp (#128) on the Range model and the API-driven scheduled jobs (#129) to temporarily halt idle deployed environments to help reduce cloud costs.
