Make a file with a flag for various warnings

• Change in LSOA boundaries
• Cosmopolitan student neighbourhoods with very low footprints
• London Olympics Park
• Areas with a large number of vans
• Areas with a large number of cars
• Areas with very low electricity use

• City of London

Also some automated checks for odd data. How? perhaps look for top/bottom 1% on each variable, Standard deviation etc.

The City of London does not have MOT tests so using the pattern for neaby areas, a flawed assumption?
