User Story
As an user reading an saving content in pt-br, es-co and de languages, I need to be able to save tags supporting diacritics and tags with longer lengths in the save popup.
Acceptance Criteria
Tags such as "periodismo de investigación", "inteligência em fontes abertas" are accepted by the browser extension save popup
