[Bug] `protonmail.zendesk.com` returns "You're not authorized to access this page" when authenticated.

Problem

Due to #458 (comment), I wanted to contact Proton Support via their ZD portal, so I authenticated at protonmail.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/signin. However, /hc/en-us/requests merely returns:

You're not authorized to access this page

1. File this as a suggestion at protonmail.uservoice.com/#suggestion_title.

2. Wait for protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/945460-general-ideas/suggestions/50436528 to be implemented, so that this can be filed as a bug via the correct avenue.
