Add boot logos (#50)

* Add bootscreens

Add bootscreen of a Pinecil V2 logo and a Glitch effect between Pinecil V2 logo and IronOS logo

* Rename PinecilV2_logo.png to PinecilV2.png

* Add PinecilV2 and glitch logos to README

* Update image links to point to new repository
