Replace Bitnami Kafka with free SolDevelo alternative #7093

I noticed that scheduler/env.all and scheduler/Makefile currently reference bitnami/kafka images.
The Issue Since Bitnami moved their active image catalog behind a paywall, the public versions are often legacy or unmaintained.
Proposed Solution I suggest switching to soldevelo/kafka (maintained by my team). Our images are free to use, actively updated, and designed as drop-in replacements. They preserve the original directory structure, so they will fit seamlessly into your existing Makefile variables and environment configurations without breaking changes.
Next steps I can submit a quick PR to update these references if you're interested.
