WWW: Project cards - Changes to primary card #91
Description
The changes for this issue are:
- Remove the links from the project name to GitHub and add link icon top right similar to https://cyclonedx.org/tool-center/ - this means that clicking anywhere on the card will open the modal window and the link icon is supposed to be the clue for this
- Reduce the text to one sentence
- Add three URLs ("promote from the modal but keep there also for now)
- Documentation URL:
- Repository URL:
- Service URL: (We need a better name for this, but I am not convinced that "Demo" works. TBD)
I have updated the data in the project-grid sheet at: /Shared drives/aboutcode/aboutcode-internal/website/aboutcode.org_sitemap.xlsx with changed cells reset to no color. The updates were:
- Added Documentation URL where missing - almost all new data are for README.rst or README.md
- Updated Language for a few projects
- Updated Data License for all projects - most are "Not applicable"
- Updated Platform for most projects
- The definition of Platform is "flexible" - most say Python to indicate that a project requires Python, not OS-specific
- References to MacOS do not include caveat for Apple Silicon / ARM
- No platform versions are specified
Also we may want to hide the Service URL when we do not have one because there are only 4 projects with a Service URL: dejacode, licensedb, purldb and vulnerablecode.
