Building a CVC Certificate Manager

Develop a robust CVC Certificate Manager that can:

• Parse and generate CVC certificates
• Sign and verify certificates using ECDSA
• Handle ASN.1 encoding/decoding and cryptographic operations
• Support brainpoolP256r1 and other relevant curves

Tasks

• Parse and encode CVC certificates
• Sign certificates using ECDSA with support for brainpool curves
• Verify signatures with correct protocol and curve
• Add unit tests for parsing, signing, and verification
