Machine drop-down menu doesn't close as expected when clicking off

Describe the bug
When opening the machine drop down menu, with certain mouse moves it then will not close when clicking off. Also remains on top of other windows when switching applications.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Open Rayforge
• Click "Machine" on the top bar
• Close the menu
• Click "Machine" again and hover your mouse all of the way down the list past "Machine settings" and off the bottom
• Click on the workspace
• Observe as the "Machine" drop down menu remains open
• Optionally switch to another application and observe as the drop down remains over that application too

Expected behavior
The drop down menu should close
