Multitenancy with ORD plugin seem not work correctly

Hallo,

I have a CAP Multitenancy Application registered in UCL with the ORD webhook. However the display and update in the UCL is only working for one Application Tenant. For others I am getting the error that the ProductID is not unique. See https://jira.tools.sap/browse/NGPBUG-449917. According to @swennemers this seems to be a problem with the plugin and not UCL. What do you expect the product property from ORD document in multitenancy application? From my point of view, if consumer has a multitenancy application which is subscribed by application provider, the product property should be remained, unless the app is extended with custom value, right?

@zongqichen - yes - the product should stay the same, no matter if there is multi-tenancy or not. There are some edge cases where a tenant could be assigned to a different Product, but not sure we need to support this kind of complexity with CAP. In the worst case, we statically attach more than one Product in ORD (all that this CAP application could represent).

After RCA, I think this issue relates to UCL which is affected not only multitenancy but also provider. We will drive the JIRA ticket and keep update with you.
