Item can't be played if media file/path name was changed on server

Not sure if it's a bug or intended behavior, but it certainly feels like a bug. When using direct play, if the media path changed on the server, after PKC already saw the video on Plex and synced it to Kodi (e.g a better version of the video was added to Plex, and the old file was deleted, or the file was renamed), PKC always fails to update the media path automatically after it's updated on the Plex server.

Updating the library doesn't help, not on startup, nor manually. You need to go to add-on settings/advanced and force update all content to get the new path. Seems excessive.

Not including the log because it is easily reproducible, at least with TV episodes.

1. Open Kodi to sync the library. Close it.
2. Rename any file in the library. Let Plex update the library.
3. Open Kodi, try to play the file from above.

You must run analyze on the said media in plex for the modified date to get updated and reflect in kodi

@croneter what i noticed was when this issue happens and playback fails, if i go into Plex Options --> Start Playback via PMS, the media plays fine. Is there a way to provide a fallback option if playback fails so that PKC retries by playing via PMS?
