Tag repo with the Powershell Gallery version #209
Description
The 2 most recent Poweshell Gallary versions are broken, but I need a version of DbaClone which includes CloneID in the remove-dcnclone.
Tagging the commit which was used to build the Gallery version would mean we can know what changes are in that version.
