Extension keeps creating a new settings key when editor open

Type: Bug

1. Open your global settings.json
2. Look up for editor.tokenColorCustomizations key and remove it.
3. Close Visual Studio Code, and open it again.
4. At the bottom of the settings.json, you should see the editor.tokenColorCustomizations again, with a few defaults.
