Description
Steps to reproduce
Run a Junit plugin test for a maven project
I tried
- Configured run configurations to include junit5
- Update *.target file to explicitly include Junit5
- Change different Java JDK/JRE to run the test cases.
But the test cases cannot be triggered with following exception:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Bundle "org.eclipse.jdt.junit5.runtime" not found. Possible causes include missing dependencies, too restrictive version ranges, or a non-matching required execution environment.

- OS & version: Windows
- Eclipse IDE/Platform version: I tried Eclipse 2025-03, 2025-06, 2025-09, and 2025-12
- I can make sure the Junit5 is included in the project.
- I found another similar issue here: 'Bundle "org.eclipse.jdt.junit5.runtime" not found' when running JUnit Plugin Tests in Eclipse 2023-03 on Windows #682
