Suggestion: move "Stubbing Services" to top-level page

The docs on Stubbing Services is a subsection in the Testing Components page, but given that stubbing services is useful in acceptance tests as well (and because it's a common question), I think it'd make more sense as a top-level page / link that can more easily be found in the TOC on the left. What do you think?

Totally agree, I do not think it is really related to component testing at all (other than that it is a useful thing to do across the board)...

I'm not sure it should be its own top level page, but perhaps we could make a "FAQ" type thing...

I'd prefer it as a top level page for now unless it's contending with other common techniques that would clutter the sidebar TOC. Maybe we can make it sidebar TOC for now and refactor it into FAQ if these other things pop up.
