Strip down PyPi package

Currently it has all files from the repo in it, including Makefile and .pre-commit-config etc. Strip that down.

Actually that's not quite true. That's only the .gz file, and that may be okay: https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/f/feditest/feditest-$pkgver.tar.gz
