Upgrade in VS 2017 fails on MPF 16.0 dependency

First of all, thanks for this helpful plugin!

I think your last update may have broken the fresh install in VS 2017 since I cannot upgrade it.
It comes with an alert that the dependency "Visual Studio MPF 16.0" is required.
Maybe this link is helpful.

By the way, it would be great to have this in SSMS (Sequel Server Management Studio) as well to keep track of fields or parameters in large stored procedures.

I must have missed your message. I am sorry about that. Please download the older version manually here. I will change the manifest of the file so that people with older VS don't get the upgrade.
