Potential new Eclipse.org Maven repo: Eclipse #484004

Also, if you could help with the work in the bug, that would be awesome, you seem to have a lot of exercise already with SWT.

It's nice to see some progress on this issue. I probably can't help much as we grab the built jars directly from http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/ and mavenize them

If Eclipse could mavenize all SWT jars going back to 4.2 and the older JFace jars from others repos in #1 then this whole repo would become redundant.
