MeshOS 1.0.8, Alternate Trackball Navigation #1424

Hi,
Scroll down on my trackball i broken, it appear that I can navigate the rest of the system with touch etc, but there does not appear to be any alternate methods for selecting the profile from Radio settings.
Do you think it would be possible to implment additional touch input for all menus?
