[FR]: Config wizard #2297
Description
Proposal Summary
Currently users need to use an existing config or do extensive research on documentation to properly create a config. For example, it is not entirely straightforward to create an onnx export pass with customized dynamic shapes and data type specified. For common scenarios, it would be good to have an interactive wizard for initializing a config. Same idea as npm init.
