Mention about sdk setup regarding EU Residency in the docs #361

Hello folks,
For the last couple of days I was debugging why data events from my react native app wasn't showing up on the dashboard. I had everything setup properly, even tried downgrading the sdk versions and going through the sample apps.
Only while going through each and every doc page on the website I found out that we would need to make some setup changes with regards to using EU data centers

Would recommend adding this section to the quick start readme guide, or atleast as a callout so future devs won't face the same issue as I did.
Happy to update the README and put it up for review if we go forward with doing this.
