Description
This project could serve as a development space for exploring/learning approaches and workflows for automated reporting of near realtime telemetry data. Ideally, we would converge on a process that could be applied to other telemetry projects.
Possible Approaches:
- Quarto Document, Manually Rendered, Emailed Manually
- Quarto Document, Automatically Rendered via NMFS RStudio Connect, Published to RStudio Connect
- Quarto Document, Automatically Rendered via Github Actions, Published to Github Pages
- Quarto Document, Automatically Rendered and Published via unknown TBD process
Initial R Development Work:
- develop R code/script to download data (from WC Data Portal? ATN? Internal?) #4
- tidy downloaded location data and prep for mov't modeling #5
- implement movement modeling to create predicted tracks #6
- develop maps of predicted tracks #7
- tidy downloaded ECDF dive behavior data and prep for visualization #8
- develop figures depicting probability of time-at-depth #9
- tidy downloaded PDT ocean temp data and prep for visualization #10
- develop figures depicting ocean temperature profiles over time (space?) #11
- create summary table of deployment stats (number days, transmits, etc) #12
