Value altered when switching from HEX to RGB

Do you have any idea why RGB values could be altered when switching from RGB to HEX and vice versa?
By switching I'm meaning not altering them, just focusing them.

For example if I put 96 in the "G" field, switching to hex field will drop 96 to "95".

Perhaps conversion loss?

ColorPicker always sets the color as HSV internally. Here’s the process:

Original RGB: (r: 209.0, g: 115.0, b: 96.0)
HSV: h=9.640…, s=0.541…, v=0.820…
Converted RGB: (r: 209, g: 115, b: 95)

The issue arises due to floating-point precision.

However, it’s just a bug.
