Description
Hi!
I have an issue where I need to install oldest minor version of postgresql like 14.14 (every minor but not latest) at debian server. Ubuntu 24.04 for example. When I trying to install pg_repack via apt install postgresql-14-repack its telling me that they will upgrade postgresql-14 but i dont want it to be happens. I want to keep 14.14 for example. How I can avoid this and install repack for oldest minor versions without upgrade? In deps there is no hard code for minor versions. libc and libpq5 is ok
Depends: postgresql-14, libc6 (>= 2.38), libpq5 (>= 9.0~)
apt list --installed | egrep "libc6|libpq5"
libc6-dev/noble-updates,noble-security,now 2.39-0ubuntu8.6 amd64 [installed,automatic]
libc6/noble-updates,noble-security,now 2.39-0ubuntu8.6 amd64 [installed,automatic]
libpq5/noble-pgdg,noble-pgdg-archive,now 18.1-1.pgdg24.04+2 amd64 [installed,automatic]
Is it possible via apt manager or need to build it from source?
Thanks
