Convert static documentation to gh wiki pages

Convert the content that is currently in markdown pages in the "documentation" folder in the hyrax repo, such as:
https://github.com/samvera/hyrax/blob/main/documentation/developing-your-hyrax-based-app.md
into Wiki pages in the Hyrax Github wiki: https://github.com/samvera/hyrax/wiki

The purpose of this change is to avoid having duplicated developer-oriented content outside of the Hyrax Github wiki.
The Hyrax Github wiki will be the primary location for developer-facing documentation.
