I want to start the session using commands to minimize it to system tray. I tried using "--use-tray-icon --start-in-tray" because i thought maybe the session get these commands from signal which was the separated branch in the past.

I am using windows 11 btw.

if there is no such option, can you please add an option for it?

Every messaging app has a "start on windows startup" option.
