Tuist fails on 0.15.5

It looks like tuist fails to generate project if has version 0.15.5 in the dependency graph.

@kostiantynhmp i've tried to reproduce the problem, but I don't get any errors. What is your target platform?

Ok, there's an error further down the line, during project generation:

Swift/arm64e-apple-macos.swiftinterface:14719: Fatal error: Duplicate values for key: 'swift-toolchain-sqlite'

But this seems to be unrelated to the message "SQLCipher is not a valid configured external dependency" above.

I used a sample wrapper package which consumes SQLite.swift and it seems to work fine for me when I use this dependency definition in swift-tools-versions 6.2 and 5.7.1:

I also tested direct Xcode integration via the UI (into a consuming project/app) and it seems to work fine there as well: Xcode version Version 26.2 (17C52)

When attempting to use the dependency definition defined the newer SQLCipher documentation to enable SQLCipher trait:

    ],

I get a similar error as @kostiantynhmp

exhausted attempts to resolve the dependencies graph, with the following dependencies unresolved:
* 'sqlcipher.swift' from https://github.com/sqlcipher/SQLCipher.swift

I also tried using exact instead of from just to experiment with whether that worked, but it produced the same error.

Using a range definition also doesn't seem to work:

If I change the definition to use revision (of the exact tag) or branch (master) instead, it works properly:

It also works fine if I reference the dependency from a local clone of the repo checked out to the specified tag:

It looks like the issue is caused by a bug in Swift Package Manager which is already has a fix committed, but doesn't seem to be included yet in 6.2:

apple/swift-configuration#89

That issue links over to this pull request: swiftlang/swift-package-manager#9269

I haven't examined the pull request, but the issue sounds very similar to what's described above.

@kostiantynhmp What version of Xcode are you using? I'd be curious if you change your definition to use the specified revision of the tag if you experience the same issue i.e.

@R4N thank you for investigation. I will probably try the proposed revision later, once I have an opportunity. Currently I switched to exact 0.15.4 version.
