Alexa SmartHome .NET classes

I would like to implement my own SmartHome web-service and would need the appropriate Request/Response .NET classes and services for SmartHome discovery etc. in .NET.

This web-service is supposed to provide my devices for my Alexa SmartHome skill.

Can you add/implement something like this?
