gpytorch compatibility #198
Description
I believe there are some syntax changes in gpytorch> 1.12, e.g., add_diag, which make some current GP-MPC code throw errors. For now, settinggpytorch==1.12 still works. We might want to update the GP-MPC code when merging from the dev fork.
