Decide on "period" vs "full stop" #74

@gkellogg

Description

@gkellogg

This came up in #72 (comment), and we needed to decide a general policy for these kinds of naming things.

The context is "This sequence is terminated by a period (.)." where the tool-tip and reference uses the alternative name "full stop". IMO, in general English usage, "period" is more commonly used and understood as opposed to "full stop".

As I want to merge #72 to gather other changes, I'm creating a separate issue to track this. Whatever we decide should apply equally to other documents where this comes up (Concepts, Turtle, TriG, N-Quads).
