Cursor shape does not change in rxvt or urxvt terminals

Cursor can be set to vertical bar in rxvt or urxvt according to this post:

But rxvt cursor shape does not seem to be supported yet in terminus.

I don't have the means to test on rxvt. Would you be interested in submitting a PR?

I also have this problem in rxvt-unicode, but only

• with neovim
• if running inside tmux

	direct	tmux
vim	ok	ok
neovim	ok	NOK

So obviously it is not a problem with urxvt itself, but only the combination of urxvt + tmux + neovim.
