Use "Auto-draft release notes" feature when releasing

Hello, I'm guessing the auto-draft release notes feature isn't being used when releasing? (https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/releasing-projects-on-github/automatically-generated-release-notes)

It would be really helpful to us as we pull in the release notes automatically into our MR with Renovate (Dependabot is the same), and this auto-pulls the release notes.
Just saves us a few clicks each time, as we have to come to the repo, and compare the commits between this release and the last.
