The self-referential dependencies in the pyproject.toml today are technically out of spec -- this just repeats the dependencies for each group. I verified poetry install works with this change, it otherwise should be exactly the same.

Resolves #400

It's just a workaround for poetry not supporting dynamic versions -- it shouldn't affect the overall package version.
