It's just a workaround for poetry not supporting dynamic versions -- it shouldn't affect the overall package version.

The self-referential dependencies in the
pyproject.tomltoday are technically out of spec -- this just repeats the dependencies for each group. I verifiedpoetry installworks with this change, it otherwise should be exactly the same.Resolves #400
