What does this do more specifically?

It essentially gives more control over the featured section. When you use !feature you can add an arguement to it and assign a score, that score is then returned as feature score like vanilla GD, the featured section is then ordered by feature score as vanilla GD is

Oh yeah, the feature score, iirc RobTop showed it on one of his streams.
