Adding a more flexible Structure to allow naming of Effects, Buses and other globally.
The Names are available under
from fermieopt.config import EffectLabels
print(COSTS) # Output: EffectLabels.HEAT (value: "Kosten")This allows to change the names of the Effects, both for the initiation as well as the evaluation.
This also makes it compatible with old versions
