the enum, matching the Ruby build updates. Not tested with refpages component, yet.

@gpx1000 I believe you wanted to review this, but I'm highly motivated to get it into the docs site build so the spec / refpage module functionality matches the asciidoctor-generated separate HTML files. Can you take a quick look at it today before the last Vulkan spec update of the year goes out? |

Checked this works for both refpages and spec component. It does not affect the other components since the macros are only used for refpages / spec.
