EPM force measurement rig (FMR)

This directory contains the sources of the holding force measurement rig (FMR) for the EPM: the firmware for the device, the client PC software, and the CAD models.

Build instructions

1. Prepare and assemble the mechanics according to the CAD models.

2. Build the firmware and prepare the electronics as explained in the firmware directory. Upload the firmware to the device.

3. Connect the assembled device to the PC. Make sure you can run the client software on your PC.

4. Perform the initial strain gauge calibration as explained in the documentation for the client software.
