- Add sinks subpackage with BaseSink, StandardSink, and ZeroMQSink
- Implement ZeroMQFileConsumer for event consumption
- Refactor LoggerManager to use singleton pattern with thread safety
- Add factory function for sink creation based on config
- Update config and core to support new sink modes
- Add comprehensive tests for ZeroMQ functionality
- Update documentation for new sinks modules
- Update dependencies and requirements
