• Fix: @piersoh has identified and corrected an edge case where it's possible the playback speed does not return to 1.0 after a period of catchup
• Feature: Adds a new Catch Algorithm "Step", this enables catchup behaviour without any ramping up or down of playback speed, instead either playing at PLAYBACK_RATE_MAX or 1.0
