[spec/expression] Improve Rvalue & RvalueExpression docs

Show a ref variable requires an lvalue.
Add anchors & links.
Tweak wording.
Make __rvalue example compilable & show where S is destroyed first.
Extend __rvalue attribute example.
RvalueExpression cannot be used in @safe code.
