Another Windows build

If anyone cares :)

New Windows Release

Decided to compile a new windows binary that doesn't depend on mingw32's compiler libs (sorry about that), and just to bring everything up to date with where the project is. Nothing much new.

We're Back!

This (pre)release marks the reintroduction for windows support :)
Linux support is the focus, but windows is good to have. No Linux binaries, should be easy to build from source.

Migration of SDL_gpu

This release marks the full integration of SDL_gpu into Riko4. Riko4 is approaching usability.
