Update end date of IrrMapper to cover new 2025 dataset.

David, the null end date means the date will be taken from system:start_time of the latest asset. Currently (https://developers.google.com/earth-engine/datasets/catalog/UMT_Climate_IrrMapper_RF_v1_2) the end date is 2025-01-01 - is this right?

What might be confusing is whether we treat the end of a time range as inclusive or exclusive (we are somewhat inconsistent about this).

Hi Simon, thanks for your quick response to the PR. The new IrrMapper is a status for 2025, and I thought the end date was exclusive, so I put 2026-01-01, as the asset should cover the whole year. I didn't follow this pattern, I see now, as in setting the image properties, I had "'system:time_end': ee.Date('{}-12-31'.format(yr)).millis()". Cheers, David
