This PR is meant to add a navigation section to the sidebar along with a navigation section in the styleguide itself.
Also, this PR adds mobile response styles in that the sidebar can now slide off the screen. (see before and after)

In addition, the slider functionality was fixed along with the styles applied.
Finally, the buttons were spaced out on small screen sizes.
