This PR removes the remaining mentions of jalan/menuju/file into jalan/menuju/berkas, as first discussed in #12083.

Outdated pages (data from tldri18n are also updated through this PR, and outdated notices from tldr-bot will be resolved whenever possible.

st is excluded from this PR as the page has to be refactored to accommodate st.1 and st.2.
